Five star quality and five star service can always be expected when you visit Mallard’s. We’ve been offering fine dining since 1986. Mallard’s was developed during 1985 in Modesto, California. Dan Costa, the founder and former owner of 30 Velvet Creamery Restaurants in Northern California, broke ground on his first Mallard’s Restaurant in early 1986.

It opened on November 22, 1986, the Monday before Thanksgiving. Our Stockton restaurant followed and opened on June 15, 1991.
